After more than 45 years in business, we have built up a wide range of other services that we have helped clients with. Examples of these are listed below:

• De-chroming/ An electrolytic process to remove the existing chrome layer. Often used to remove the decorative chrome layer on rims, bumpers etc. prior to powder coating.
• Cylinder dismantling/ We have the know-how to dismantle entire cylinders if required.
• Hening/ We have knowledge for internal grinding, honing and hening.
• Round grinding / We can also round grind large and small details if necessary.
• Alignment/ We can align large parts up to Ø300 x 7000mm
• Milling/ Tex repair of bearing positions in cylinder ears, keyways and manufacturing of parts.
• Overlay welding / If details need to build up material, we have the knowledge and experience of overlay welding and all the necessary post-processing.
• Manufacturing/ Manufacture of machinery parts and piston rods.
